Job Summary:

We are looking for a Customer Service driven person to work at The Sandal Shop Plus located in Downtown Cannon Beach! We sell Birkenstock, Teva, Blundstone, Haflinger and more. Our hours are 10am - 5pm

Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide product information and recommendations to customers
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system
- Assist with merchandising and stock replenishment
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the sales floor
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner
- Meet or exceed sales goals on a consistent basis

Skills:
- Cash handling experience
- Ability to stock merchandise and maintain inventory levels
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Multilingual or bilingual skills are a plus
