Simply put, as the Resident Services Coordinator, you will assist the Director of Health Services in their day-to-day recording and receiving of medical information. You will also assist in supervising the daily care to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times. This position has a great deal of contact with the residents, family members, and staff of our facility. You will act as a liaison within the facility to ensure that communication flows smoothly and that a high level of customer service is provided.

Qualifications
  • Qualified candidates will have a positive attitude and have the desire to work with a strong, professional team
  • Experience working with Elderly people in Nursing Homes or Assisted Living is strongly desired
  • An Associate Degree or higher is strong desired. CNA and/or Caregiver experience is a plus.
