Essential Functions:
- Strong attention to detail.
- Processing Order Entries for accounts.
- Processing Purchase Orders for accounts.
- Checking Bill of Ladings with Sales Orders.
- Checking Advance Ship Notices with Purchase Orders.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Able to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Professional phone etiquette.
- Microsoft proficiency is a must.
- Reliable
- Work Environment
- Business casual dress code.
- Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5pm
- Benifits available at full time.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $12.50 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
