Barracuda is looking for someone passionate about digital marketing who will be responsible for managing programs and campaigns as part of a global digital team. This individual should be familiar with and able to execute paid search and SEO tactics and strategy, understand the role that a website, contentand retargetingplays in a prospect and customer experience, and strive to use analytics to constantly innovate and improve performance.You will be working as part of an extended global team, cross-functionally across marketing and other key company stakeholders.
Reporting to the Director of Digital Marketing, this position will function as the executional tip of the spear for Barracuda’s digital marketing: creatingand managing Googlecampaigns, measuringagainst pipeline creation goals, working cross functionally on messaging, and making constant adjustments to optimize performance. What you’ll be working on
- Responsible for execution of digital marketing campaigns within the ad platforms and acrossproduct groups andgeosto deliver leads andpipelinethrough paid search, PPC, SEO, RollworksandDemandBase
- Plan and execute digital marketing programs and campaignscomprising an integrated customer experience throughoutbuyersjourney, with an emphasis on paid search and SEO
- Partnerwiththe product, comms, analytics, web,growth marketingand creative teamsto identify core messagingand test the performance of search, landing pages and content performance
- Work closely with reporting & BI teams toIdentify optimization opportunities andestablish regular cadence of reporting KPIsby product and regionthat give real insight into digital productivity
- Collaboratewith globalmarketing teamsto develop digital templates and platforms to meet regional needs
What you bring to the role
- 5 years' relevent experience executing and optimizing digital campaigns,writing compellingsearchads
- Thoroughknowledge of paid search,SEOand Google Adsare a must; experience withRollworksandDemandBaseare nice-to-have
- Understanding of how customer journeys work from marketing interaction to website visit to funnel success
- Strong track record of drivingpipeline and achieving growth goalsthroughdigitalmarketing programs
- Strong analyticalskills toidentify optimization opportunities at each step of digital customer journey, including a general knowledge of Salesforce and GoogleAdwordsreporting
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, enabling clear articulation of campaign strategies, performance insights, and optimization recommendations to stakeholders at all levels.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development, staying on top of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing, and applying relevant insights to drive innovation and optimize campaign performance.

The anticipated on-target earnings range for this role is $117K to $132K. Actual compensation offered will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, and qualifications as they directly relate to the requirements of the position, the budget for the position, and applicable employment laws.
