- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic familiarity with mechanical and/or electrical equipment
- Strong customer orientation
- Dependable and hands-on. Self-motivated, self-starter, sense of urgency, well organized and detail oriented
- Hard working, honest and ability to work effectively under pressure
- Understanding of the importance of being a team player to achieve organizational goals
- Computer skills including experience with Microsoft Office applications
- Fluent in English with the ability to listen well and communicate effectively
- Driver’s license and excellent driving record required
- Ability to work outside under various environmental conditions
- May include some exposure to hazardous materials and equipment
- Ability to maneuver around moving objects, vehicles, and/or machinery
- May be expected to drive for long periods of time
- The work is considered medium-to-heavy in nature and involves walking, standing, stooping, crouching, crawling, climbing, balancing, lifting, digging, pushing or raising objects and also involves exerting between 20 and 50 pounds of force on a recurring basis and 50 to 100 pounds of force on an occasional basis
- Ability to climb ladders with 300 lb. weight limit
