a Top 100 Staffing Firm, partners with leading names in aerospace, manufacturing, defense, and industrial sectors. We are actively seeking a Modification Installer for Amphibious Combat Vehicles in Camp Pendleton, California , focusing on fielded US Marine Corps equipment.

This role is based within dynamic field environments where precision and teamwork are key.

Position Description :

The Modification Installer will primarily install modifications on Amphibious Combat Vehicles used by the US Marine Corps.

Key Responsibilities :

• Work alongside field service teams to install modifications on Amphibious Combat Vehicles.
• Assist with parts identification, maintenance, and repair activities to ensure optimal equipment performance.
• Interact with military personnel, fostering strong relationships and facilitating smooth operations.
• Engage in physical activities including climbing and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Skills Required :

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic proficiency with computers.
• Ability to read and precisely follow instructions.
• Familiarity with using hand tools and maintaining strict safety protocols.
• Strong teamwork capabilities and ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Professional demeanor in presenting self and the company???s products / services.

Skills Preferred :

• Experience with equipment modification installations.
• Understanding of military procedures and protocols.

Experience Required :

Basic mechanical aptitude with a proven ability to follow detailed instructions accurately.

Experience Preferred :

Previous role in a similar capacity, particularly within the military or defense sector.

Education Required :

High School Diploma or equivalent.
