Deja Investments is Hiring a Maintenance Technician Near Camp Hill, PA
We are a property management company that needs a full time maintenance technician. We are looking for someone who is professional, courteous, and has a high attention to detail. Day to day tasks include but are not limited to the following:
Performing regular maintenance on rental units, both residential and commercial
Performing emergency maintenance and repair
Participating in renovating properties
Painting
Exterior property maintenance
Electric repairs
Plumbing repairs
Previous experience in any of the following fields are preferred, Plumbing Electric, HVAC, Carpentry, and Painting.
We offer competitive wages and have a strong team atmosphere.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Benefits:
- Paid time off
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- On call
- Weekends as needed
Experience:
- Maintenance: 3 years (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (Required)
