Job Description

Leading the design process for new product features and enhancements for both Mobile App and Web app. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define design goals. Creating wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs that align with user needs and business objectives. Conducting user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions. Iterating on designs based on feedback and data analysis. Working closely with developers to ensure the successful implementation of designs.

• Experience designing for mobile apps and web apps.
• A strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and experience.
• Proficiency with Figma.
• Experience with user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Ability to create and modify components libraries.
• Fluent with design storytelling.
• Ability to lead design efforts

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product design
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects
• Proficient in Figma.
  Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Experience with user research and usability testing
• Knowledge of design thinking methodologies
• Understanding of user-centered design principles
• Experience working in an Agile development environment
• Bachelor's degree in Design or related field

Additional Information

The anticipated salary range for this position is $68,000 - $110,400. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills and other factors permitted by law.
