Board Certified Behavior Analyst
As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, you'll work directly with children and provide applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy, which is the most frequently prescribed and clinically proven treatment for autism spectrum disorder.
Responsibilities:
- Train and supervise Behavior Technicians.
- Develop parent training goals and create daily intervention plans for clients.
- Develop data collection systems while supporting caregivers and collaborating with other professionals connected with the kids we serve.
- Required periodic updates to treatment programming.
- Completing mandated insurance assessments on a regular basis.
- Participation in group training.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Genuine interest in working with children with autism.
- Patience, problem-solving skills, discretion, ability to think on your feet, creativity
- Ability to work well with others and be an effective part of a treatment team
- Ability to work independently
- Strong interpersonal and writing skills
- Access to reliable transportation; willingness to travel
- Ability to enter progress notes and enter data in the agency platform
- Develop and participate in projects that help with agency growth
- Must be organized and meet deadlines
- Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder
- Background check is done at hire
- Master's degree in a related field
- Must have BACB certification
