ARTECH is Hiring an Accounting Associate Near Camden, NJ
- SAP and Blackline experience strongly preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience - preferrable general or public accounting experience.
- Must have strong MS EXCEL skills and a strong worker who can work independently and have strong communication skills.
- Accounting for supply chain operations including freight, warehousing, contract manufacturing, procurement contracts, and inventory aging/obsolescence.
- Partner with the Corporate Controllers group to support relevant external financial disclosures.
- Prepare journal entries accurately and in a timely manner during period close.
- Prepare clear and accurate account reconciliations.
- Contribute to the preparation of quarterly deliverables related to balance sheet and P&L analysis.
- Assist with the implementation of new accounting standards applicable to this area.
- Assist with internal and external audits through coordination of requests and implementation of follow-up actions.
- Partner with the business in continuous improvement efforts, projects, system implementations and other initiatives.
- Identify continuous improvement opportunities within the department.
- Advance dashboards and data visualization reporting and analysis.
- Partner with the Corporate Controllers group, the Supply Chain Finance team, Division Finance teams, and functional counterparts to complete ad hoc reporting and analysis.
