Job Title : Production Supervisor
Overview :
As a Production Supervisor, you will play a vital role in supporting the efficient operation of our production facility. Working closely with senior management and production teams, you will assist in overseeing daily manufacturing activities, ensuring adherence to production schedules, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
This position offers an excellent opportunity for growth and development in the field of production management.
Responsibilities :
Production Oversight : Assist in monitoring and coordinating production activities to ensure timely completion of manufacturing orders.
Collaborate with production teams to optimize workflow, resolve issues, and meet production targets.
Quality Assurance : Support quality control initiatives by inspecting products at various stages of the production process.
Identify and address quality issues promptly, working closely with quality assurance personnel to implement corrective actions.
Safety Compliance : Uphold safety standards and regulations within the production environment. Conduct regular safety inspections, promote safety awareness among staff, and ensure compliance with safety protocols and procedures.
Inventory Management : Assist in managing inventory levels of raw materials, components, and finished goods. Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure adequate stock availability while minimizing excess inventory.
Training and Development : Provide guidance and support to production staff, including training on standard operating procedures, equipment operation, and safety protocols.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development among team members.
Analyze data trends and collaborate with management to implement strategies for improvement.
Documentation and Reporting : Maintain accurate records of production activities, including production logs, shift reports, and inventory records.
