Key Responsibilities
Please note that this is not an exhaustive list of everything that needs to be done! Within the Auberge family, our people always find new ways to look after the business, their guests, and their team-mates. Within this, the key responsibilities for this position are:

• Maintain, repair and beautify the resort property as part of the landscaping team
• Provide upkeep of grounds, sidewalks, fountains, and other features 
• Understand and practice safety in all work circumstances and report equipment in need of repair
• Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

Skills and Abilities

• Able to operate landscape maintenance and construction hand tools and light equipment with the skill to satisfactorily perform the duties assigned
• Able to work in and around various landscaping settings including direct contact with various plant and landscaping materials and exposure to various dust, noise, and weather conditions

Physical Demands

• Must have the ability to move/maneuver in a landscaping environment.
• Frequently list and/or move up to 25 pounds
• Occasionally list and/or move up to 75 pounds

The starting pay range for this position is $20.00 per hour. This is the pay range for this position that Solage reasonably expects to pay. Decisions regarding individual pay will be based on a number of factors, such as experience and education.
