Personalized Therapy LLC is Hiring a Licensed Social Worker Near California, MD
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Social Worker to join our team. As a Licensed Social Worker, you will be responsible for providing counseling services and support to individuals, families, and groups who may be experiencing social, emotional, and behavioral issues.

Requirements
- A bachelor’s in social work, master’s degree preferred
- State licensure as a Licensed Social Worker
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of counseling techniques, community resources, and social service programs
- Experience working with children and families preferred
- Provide in-clinic and online counseling services in accordance with company policies
- Maintain confidentiality of records relating to clients’ treatment.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to clients
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and progress
- Act as a client advocate to coordinate required services
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay informed of best practices and new research in the field
