RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE IT SPECIALIST
- work closely with Senior team member to support business and users
- Manage end-user support of software/hardware
- Support online help desk, systems and network connections are functioning
- Monitor radios and scanner for support
- Support IT requirements through installations, troubleshooting, and account maintenance
EXPERIENCE PREFERRED FOR THE IT SPECIALIST
- Experience in MS O365 and Active Directory
- Working technical knowledge of Networks, and Windows Servers
- Cisco, SonicWall, O365
