Field Service Technician
Location : Los Angeles, CA

About the Role :
- On-site customer support for climate control product including installation, maintenance, repair, and service training
- Customer service for clients and technical support for the sales team
Experience Requirement :
- 3 years air conditioner repair experience
- Mechanical and electrical meter and troubleshoot experience
- Microsoft office : Outlook / email, Excel, and Word
Physical Requirements :
- Stand or sit for at least or more than 8 hours
- Work with hand tools, power tools, computers
- Occasionally lift up to 80 lbs to waist level; frequently lift 25-50 lbs to waist level and 25 lbs above the shoulders
- Wear PPE : footwear, glasses, hearing protection, etc.
