Job Description :

As an Electro-Mechanical Assembler II, you'll perform various assembly operations to build balloon catheter products following established standards and assembly procedures.

You'll operate within standard operating procedures (SOPs) and assembly drawings, ensuring compliance with GMPs and maintaining a clean work area.

Responsibilities :

• Perform assembly operations for balloon catheter products, ensuring adherence to SOPs and assembly drawings.
• Maintain a clean work area and adhere to safety protocols, including equipment lockout when not in use.
• Measure and record process parameters, reporting results to supervision.
• Adhere to production schedules and report material shortages as necessary.
• Accurately document entries in the Lot History Record to ensure traceability.
• Comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) for material labeling and proper material segregation.
• Demonstrate an understanding of the Quality System and ensure all training requirements are up to date.

Skills and Experience Required :

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of on-the-job experience in a medical device clean room environment.
• Experience with catheter assembly processes.
• Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills.
• Proficiency in using a microscope for detailed work.
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment, including standing for extended periods and lifting up to 30 pounds.
• Good hand-to-hand and hand-to-eye coordination for precise assembly tasks.
