Mental Health Therapist (LAC, LMSW)

We seek mental health therapists (LAC, LMSW) for full-time positions in Cabot, AR.

Compensation:

• The salary range for this position is $44,800 to $77,300 per year. The role is also eligible to receive bonuses based on performance. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, licensure/certifications, scheduled clinical hours, etc.

Requirements:

• Must have either an LAC or LMSW
• Must be willing to work in a mix of school, office, and home visits
• Experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families
• Solid computer and basic technology skills
• Self-motivated and independent therapists able to quickly build rapport with clients

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Interview patients to obtain information concerning medical history or other pertinent information needed to complete behavioral assessments
• Evaluate the effectiveness of counseling programs and clients’ progress in resolving identified problems and moving towards defined and measurable objectives and goals
• Develop and implement treatment plans
• Review results of assessments to evaluate client needs
• Plans and administers treatment such as behavior modification and stress management therapy to assist patients in controlling disorders and other problems
• Must conduct home visits at least once per month, required visits in the office, schools, and other facilities as necessary to ensure Home and community-based client care
• If the client has a guardian/parent, meets with the guardian on a monthly basis (minimum)
• Attends training as required by agency and licensure
• Attends monthly treatment team staff meetings

LSCI provides outpatient counseling and psychiatric services to children, adolescents, adults, couples, and group psychotherapy in a warm, safe, and supportive environment. Services are offered for a wide variety of mental health concerns, including depression, anxiety, stress, childhood abuse and trauma, family and relationship issues, grief, loss, and addiction recovery.
