Service Center CSCS TX The HR Project Manager is responsible for planning and overseeing projects enabling the success of Caliber Apprenticeship and transition programs. The Project Manager plans, designates project resources, prepares budgets, monitors progress, and ensures projects are completed as scheduled and within budget. Project managers are also responsible for keeping all stakeholders informed of project status throughout the entire project lifecycle. Role and Responsibilities Develop detailed project plans that consist of desired outcomes, scope, timeline, milestones, tasks, communication strategies, and deliverable schedules. Align and coordinate teams of internal and external resources around key milestones and delivery schedules. Coordinate cross-functional teams through meetings and progress measurement activity which bring distinct, specific projects to completion both on time and within budget. Prioritize project planning work for effective risk and change management. Communicate continuously with project team members, internal stakeholders, and Caliber leadership regarding the status of the project, risks, dependencies, and risk mitigation plans. Act as SME for any project management questions or opportunities during project development, pilot, or implementation Take on role of project leader, driving progress, elevating roadblocks, resolving opportunities, and facilitating cross-functional collaboration. Facilitate/participate in project reviews and retrospectives, and provide information for audits, status reports, and executive review meetings. Measure project or pilot performance against agreed-upon metrics. For pilot opportunities, align team on findings, final recommendation, and next steps. Qualifications and Requirements 2 years in full cycle project management required PMP, CAPM, or Bachelor’s degree preferred Past success with managing high-visibility, strategic projects and associated stakeholders Experience working with training and/or educational projects highly desired Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Powerpoint and Excel (Experience with other Project Planning software a plus) Ability to work cross-functionally with various departments Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
