Job Summary:
We are seeking energetic and focused Barbacks to join our team. The ideal candidates will have experience in the food and beverage industry, providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for patrons by assisting our bartending staff.
Duties:
- Help bartenders prepare to serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages by stocking product
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and adhere to all health and safety regulations
- Changing draft kegs when empty
- Assist in opening and closing duties, including restocking inventory and cleaning
Experience:
- Previous experience working as a Barack in a restaurant, hotel, or catering environment is beneficial but not required; training is provided
- Strong communication skills to interact with team members effectively and efficiently
- Ability to move quickly and address bartenders' requests promptly
- Experience with bussing tables, banquet service, or related hospitality roles is a plus
- Ability to lift 25lbs is a plus
- Must be punctual
