PRODUCTION TECHNICIAN (ENTRY LEVEL)
Requirements:
· Must be a US citizen.
· Must have a high school diploma.
· Must have own transportation to the Poplar Tent area of Concord, NC.
Job Details:
· No previous job experience required. On the job training will be provided.
· $16.00/hour starting pay with an experience dependent increase possible.
Core Skills:
· Good motor skills and the ability to do fine assembly.
· Ability to check for defects and identify and distinguish between colors.
· Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
· Ability to read and carefully follow instructions.
· Excellent attention to detail and good organization.
· Capable of working independently.
Job Duties:
· Prepare and assemble materials, build product subassemblies and final assemblies.
· Test products or subassemblies for functionality or quality.
· Package finished products.
· Start up and shut down processing equipment.
· Clean production equipment, work areas, and break room (in rotation).
· Ensure equipment and work floor is clean, safe. and well-maintained.
· Promote safe and healthy production environment and perform safe work practices always.

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
