AssetMark is Hiring a Marketing Web Developer Near Concord, CA
This is a full-time position in our Concord, CA office with a hybrid work schedule.Responsibilities:Website Management:
- Design, develop, and implement new website features, pages, and functionalities to enhance user experience and achieve marketing objectives
- Ensure website content is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with brand guidelines and messaging
- Monitor website performance and implement optimizations to improve usability and conversion rates
- Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for improving search engine rankings and organic traffic
- Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to enhance visibility and drive targeted traffic to the website
- Monitor and analyze website performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics and SEO software and make data-driven decisions to optimize SEO efforts
- Assist with the intake of new social media requests, schedule social media posts
- Respond to DMs, comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Monitor social media comments and escalate for crisis management when necessary
- Work closely with marketing, design, and content teams to align website initiatives with overall marketing strategies and objectives
- Collaborate with external agencies as needed to implement website updates and improvements
- Coordinate with the Social Media Manager to ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all digital channels
- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to web development, SEO, and social media marketing
- Continuously evaluate and recommend new tools, technologies, and methodologies to enhance website performance and social media effectiveness
- Deep understanding of SEO principles, strategies, and best practices
- Proficiency in web development languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and experience with content management systems (CMS)
- Strong analytical skills and experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional user experiences
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Computer Science, Web Development, or a related experience
- 3-5 years’ experience in website management, web development, digital marketing, and social media management roles
- Hands-on experience with inbound marketing platforms, particularly HubSpot
- Experience with social media management platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social) and familiarity with social media analytics
