Clayton Valley Dance Academy is looking to hire a Front Desk Receptionist. We are a recreational and competition dance studio located on the Clayton/Concord boarder. We are looking for someone with Dance or Theater experience to help manage the studio lobby during afternoon and Saturday classes and maintain the safety and professionalism of the studio.
The perfect candidate will be have excellent customer service skills. We are looking for someone who can help run our front desk during our afternoon and Saturday morning classes to help parents and students with questions throughout our season. Our Front Desk Receptionist will help with the following:
1. Customer Service for Parents and Students. Answer questions about registration, tuition and other studio information.
2. Light Cleaning of lobby, windows, restrooms and trash so keep the studio clean and ready for the afternoon and evening.
3. Enrollment, Showcases and Registration assistance. Help the Director prepare for our annual showcase in June and assist with phone messages, studio flyers and informational paperwork.
4. Additional administration and customer service to be determined with the right person!
Required Hours for Front Desk Position:
Position begins August 19th.
Monday through Thursday 3:15 - 7:45
Saturday from 8:45 - 12:00
Great position for college and high school students with office and computer skills. Experience with Dance and Theater helpful not but required.
