How you make a difference :

They provide oversight to the facility's Operations departments and ensure that duties are carried out through subordinate management and staff.

This position is responsible for upholding high standards of patient care and treatment while complying with all relevant regulations and policies.

Key Responsibilities :

Provide direction and oversight for the daily operations of the Operations departments at the facility, ensuring compliance with state, local, and The Joint Commission (TJC) standards.

Administer and monitor various Operations areas including Process Improvement, Facility Maintenance, Security, Information Technology Services, and Utilization Review, among others.

Develop and expand programs and services, negotiate improvements to facility equipment, and coordinate activities of the Administrative departments.

Ensure accurate and timely reporting to the Hospital Administrator and develop policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all regulations.

Represent the facility and organization as directed by the Hospital Administrator.

Qualifications & Requirements :

Education

Master’s degree in mental health, hospital or business administration, or equivalent is preferred.

Experience

Three years related management experience comparable to an executive staff level role. Experience in mental health is required.

Proven experience at motivating and directing a diverse workforce.
