Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct material takeoffs, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
• Support site layout and review shop drawings.
• Prepare backup for change orders (COs) and compile final project documents.
• Keep schedules up-to-date, collaborating with your team.

Field Leadership:

• Spend 20% of your time on project sites, guiding the team and supporting projects.
• Collaborate on solutions for challenges, resolve issues, and engage in the work.
• Renovation experience is essential, as our projects primarily involve existing buildings and occupied spaces.

Your Role:

• Lead by example: Tackle code issues, coordinate new work with existing structures, and troubleshoot project challenges.
• Provide field support to overcome discovery-related hurdles, RFIs, and expedited resolutions.
• Balance leadership and support roles within our collaborative team.
