We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team. The LPN will be responsible for providing direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others and a commitment to providing high-quality care.
Responsibilities:
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by a physician
- Assist with patient assessments and evaluations
- Monitor and record patient vital signs
- Assist with patient care plans and treatment goals
- Provide patient education and support
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care
Requirements:
- Current LPN license in the state of Georgia
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
