**Overview:**
We are seeking a dedicated Dental Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience working in a dental office setting and possess knowledge of dental terminology and procedures.
**Responsibilities:**
- Greet patients in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
- Understand insurance coverage and explain to patients
- Maintain patient records and update information as needed
- Assist Dentist with administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the dental office
**Qualifications:**
- Previous experience as a Dental Receptionist or in a similar role
- Proficiency with Dentrix or willingness to learn
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and compliance
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Familiarity with dental terminology
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently at the front desk
