Day To Day:
Insight Global is looking for a Chief Financial Officer for an outpatient facility in Charlotte, NC. This person must have a proven track record of success impacting change over a large organization, effective leadership skills, and robust healthcare experience. They will report into the board of owners, made up primarily of physicians. They will have 4 direct reports and 30 indirect reports.
Must Haves:
- 10 years’ experience as a CFO
- 10 years’ experience in healthcare, specifically outpatient facilities
- CPA
- Demonstrate operational excellence in Revenue Cycle, Payroll, Compensation, and Financial Planning & Analysis
Compensation:
Starting at $200,000 per year annual salary
