Superior Fence & Rail of Milwaukee is a fence industry leader that is currently seeking a Fence Sales Representative for immediate hire. This is a 100% commission opportunity in which compensation is determined solely by the success of the individual Sales Representative. No cold calling - leads are supplied through partnerships and marketing initiatives. Massive sales advantage over competitors. 

Paid training for 6 weeks. Pay ranges from $60,000 to $120,000 per year. A laptop and phone provided after the training period is completed. Vehicle and gas cards are provided between 30-90 days after the training period has been completed. The territory for this position is the Greater Milwaukee metro and surrounding area; so the candidate needs to live in this area.

Job Responsibilities:

• Learn and adopt Superior Fence & Rail's structured selling process and complete the required training
• Present and sell the features and benefits of Superior Fence & Rail products 
• Continually prospect for new customers through networking, referrals, and effective follow-up 
• Set and maintain the required number of appointments to meet/exceed sales goals

Minimum Requirements:

• 3 - 5 years of prior outside sales experience
• 2 - 3 years of In-Home sales experience (preferred)
• College degree in a related field (preferred)
• Ability to work some weekends and evenings
• Pass background investigation
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; Strong presentation and listening skills
• Ability to treat others with respect and gain trust from subordinates and supervisors
• Exceedingly positive in his/her work attitude
• Basic computer skills and proficiency (preferably with Google G-Suite)
• Valid DL, clean driving record, and reliable transportation

The Superior candidate will:

• Be polished and professional in demeanor and possess previous outside sales experience
• Have strong work ethic, exceptional listening skills, integrity, and a desire for high commission
