Job Summary:
Trademark Restoration Inc. is currently looking to add the right individual to lead our sales team of storm restoration / Solar sales representatives. Our company’s revenue doubled from 2022 to 2023, growing to over $10 million worth of restoration projects and insurance claim related construction, and we are expecting to continue to grow for 2024. To handle the additional jobs our company anticipates, we need to add more sales representatives. We need someone to help expand by helping us hire and train driven new sales representatives.
Position Summary: Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing all daily sales operations including effectively Building and managing sales teams.:
Provide leadership to the organization by instilling accountability, direction and encouragement
-Recruit and train new Field Supervisors
-Oversee A/R to ensure healthy cash flow and maximum profitability
-Actively manage sales to hit company goals and grow new business
-Troubleshoot problem jobs with Field Supervisors and homeowners
-Actively seek and implement process improvements
-Build strong, loyal working relationships with teams to maintain positive work environment
-Facilitate and develop effective brainstorming sessions, meetings and training programs
-Cap jobs and review low profitability jobs with accountable Field Supervisors
Skills & Qualifications:
-Minimum 5 years’ experience in exterior insurance restoration industry sales and/or Solar Sales
-Ideal candidate will have experience as a business owner (insurance restoration business preferred)
-Excellent leadership, management and communication skills
-Expertise in industry products and trades
-Experience in Xactimate, Acculynx and Eagleview systems
-Motivated and hardworking
-Great attention to detail
