As one of our Region Directors, you will be responsible for building and maintaining our Care Team. This means you will be responsible for:

• Recruiting excellent staff
• Working direct care hours
• Manage staff retainment
• Ensure initial and ongoing staff training
• Identifying individuals for promotion
• Evaluating staff performance
• Creating and maintaining an efficient schedule
• Managing call offs when necessary
• Managing 24/7 on call responsibilities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
