Client Services Representative – Direct Hire

Currently looking for skilled individuals to fill Direct Hire Client Services Representative openings with a company in Burnsville, MN. Interested candidates should have 2 years of Client Services/Customer Service experience, be detail-oriented, and be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Client Services Representative Job Description:
- Review & accurately input customer orders into job tickets in a timely manner.
- Interpret & analyze estimates and all accompanying forms to enter information into a ticket.
- Communicate closely with customers ensuring all orders are processed properly.
- Create new job folders ensuring that required forms are complete.
- Work with the Sales, Production Planning and Prepress departments as needed.
- Analyze and verify existing data on all repeat jobs, updating if necessary.
- Enter all required information into the computer system accurately.
- Inspect and verify proofs; ensure all proofs are properly signed off on.
- Support the Sales Team, and service customers’ needs as required.
- Answer customer service line.
- Provide prompt responses to all customer requests made by phone, fax, email, etc.
- Handle all customer questions and complaints professionally.
- Assist your department coworkers with handling other customers and tasks when needed.
- Maintain a professional and collaborative working relationship with all team members
- Perform other duties as needed or assigned without incident.
Client Services Representative Job Requirements:
- High School Diploma required
- 2 years of Client Services experience
- Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office products ERP experience
- Excellent active listening skills.
- Effective written and verbal communicator.
- Ability to pay attention to details and multi-task.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Knowledge of label printing industry preferred.
The starting salary for the Client Services Representative position is $24.00-$26.00 hourly.
