Echo Lake Foods is Hiring an Administrative Coordinator Near Burlington, WI

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team. As the first point of contact for our establishment, you will play a pivotal role in providing information and assistance to the general public, customers, visitors, and other interested parties.
Responsibilities:
  • Answer inquiries and provide information regarding activities conducted at our establishment.
  • Direct visitors to appropriate departments, offices, and employees within the organization.
  • Assist management with various administrative tasks, including copying, sorting mail, and postage.
  • Perform additional duties as required, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
Requirements:
  • Bilingual in Spanish (Read, Write & Speak). Preferred
  • Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Capacity to prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word & Excel.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with multi-lined phones, copiers, scanners, fax machines, and standard office equipment.
