Job Summary

A hospital client based in Burlington, VT has an onsite contract opportunity for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. Shift schedule is Monday thru Sunday, 12 hours days. The position is for 36 hours per week. This is a 36 week contract with possibility of extension.

The Licensed Clinical Social Worker is an active part of the multidisciplinary team and is focused on discharge planning and coordinating post acute services for the patients. This position is for Inpatient Psychiatry. Must have experience with group therapy for anxiety, stress reduction, and behavioral. Experience with WRAP Program preferred.

Job Qualification

• Required- Master's in Social Work
• Required - Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• Required- Minimum of 1 years experience in a hospital or healthcare setting as a Social Worker.
• Required - Minimum of 1 year experience with EPIC (experience must be within the past 12 months)
