We are a well-established, growing, national property management group seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to perform the routine and preventative maintenance of a 105-unit apartment complex in Burlington, NC.

As a Maintenance Supervisor, you must be self-motivated, have a penchant for customer service, be organized and detail-oriented, have knowledge of equipment types and parts and possess basic computer skills.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain, and repair all building facilities, machinery and equipment.
• Placine orders for maintainenance supplies and maintain inventory.
• Complete service tickets including but not limited to plumbing, carpentry, appliances, cooling and heating systems, and other routine requests.
• Assist property manager with maintaining building materials and supplies.
• Coordinating and communicating with contractors, vendors, and residents.
• Must have at least 5 years of hands-on HVAC service.
• Schedule and conduct routine preventative maintenance.
• Oversee turnover and renovation work.
• Ensure all work is done according to safety procedures, regulations and building standards.
• Must comply with all Fair Housing guidelines

This position requires outdoor exposure and routine lifting of equipment and supplies. This position requires a rotating on-call schedule. Must be HVAC & EPA certified.

Pay: $27.00 - $32.00 per hour
