Our premier partner is on the lookout for a Commercial Alarm Technician,

who is not only skilled and knowledgeable but also brimming with motivation and enthusiasm to become an integral part of their dynamic fire business unit.
Position Duties and Responsibilities:

• Punctuality and Reliability: Your commitment to being on time and maintaining regular, consistent work attendance is paramount.
• Communication: Clear and effective communication is key, as is the timely completion of all necessary field paperwork.
• Physical Capability: You should be able to carry and climb step/extension ladders and lift objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Technical Proficiency: Service a diverse range of low voltage systems, intrusion systems, fire alarm systems, CCTV, intercom, and access control systems
• Experience: Proven track record in servicing and troubleshooting both addressable and conventional fire alarm systems.
• Availability: Willingness to participate in the on-call rotation is essential.

Basic Qualifications:

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: At least 3 years of hands-on experience with 
• Licensing: Possession of a Massachusetts Class B or D License is required, with a preference for those experienced in fire alarm service and installation.
• Driving: A valid Driver's License and an acceptable driving record.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Computer Skills: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Customer Service: Exceptional customer service skills that set you apart.
