Position Details:

Location: Burlingame, CA (Hillsborough)

Compensation: $40-45/hr plus DOE

Benefits: 10 days of paid time off (PTO) and 5 sick days.

Travel: Hawaii, Europe, and the East Coast (optional to travel)

Start Date: Mid-August (flexibility for trials over the summer).

Contract Length: Long-term, ideally 3-10 years.

Guaranteed Hours/Schedule:

• Ideally 30 hours per week, with flexibility to offer full-time if needed.
• Typical hours: 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
• Flexibility required to meet the family's needs, which may include occasional overnights and travel.

The successful candidate will be entrusted with maintaining an organized and nurturing home environment, providing nutritious meal preparation, overseeing the after-school routine of the four wonderful children, and building a long-term relationship with the family, which may include the possibility of shared vacations. Key Responsibilities:

• Exhibit exceptional proficiency in handling daily household tasks to ensure the home is organized and functional.
• Perform grocery shopping, light housekeeping (family has a housekeeper), and organizing duties as needed.
• Oversee home maintenance when required.
• Run errands as required.
• Assist with feeding the family's two labradoodles and taking them on occasional walks.
• Meal prep nutritious meals for the family. Thoughtfully accommodate any dietary preferences or restrictions.
• Provide reliable and attentive child care by picking up the children from school and guiding them through their daily routine.
• Assist with homework and engage the children in fun and educational activities.
• Ensure the children's well-being until the parents return home.
• Build a supportive and nurturing relationship with the children, incorporating imaginative play and activities.
• Safely transport the children to after-school activities or appointments.
• Manage the children's laundry, ensuring they have clean and presentable clothes like soccer uniforms, are washed and ready for use.
• Act as a mother's helper, providing additional support to the stay-at-home mom (SAHM) as needed and be a team with tasks.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• 18 years or older.
• Minimum of 3 years of childcare or nannying experience.
• Possession of a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• No criminal history.
• Complete proficiency in the English language.
• Minimum of 3 impeccable childcare references.
• Up-to-date CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to update).
• Non-Smoker.
• Proactive, flexible, able to work in a dynamic and sometimes chaotic environment, and capable of taking initiative.
