Qualifications
- Minimum qualifications for the applicants are work authorization in US, high school graduate or GED, 12 core semester units of early childhood education/development.
- College education is a plus with 3 units administration and work experience,
- Program director permit, or child development site supervisor permit and minimum of 1-2 years working experience.
- Directors will perform administrative tasks on day to day basis which includes responding to inquiries about the program via phone and email, communicating with parents, and most importantly ensuring the care and safety of all students in the program.
- Director will oversee the coordination of education programs that comply with local and federal regulations, ensure that facility is maintained, manage and support a complement of daycare staff. Successful applicants will have demonstrable experience in managing all aspects of the child care center.
