ABM, a leading provider of integrated facility solutions, is looking for a Maintenance Technician to complete assigned preventive maintenance and reactive maintenance repairs. Must be able to work Monday-Friday, starting pay $16.00. Must be able to pass a background check.

Basic Qualifications:
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must possess valid, unexpired driver's license
• High School Diploma, GED or suitable equivalent is required
Preferred Qualifications:
• One (1) year of prior HVAC o mechanical technician experience is preferred
• One (1) year of prior lead or supervisory experience is preferred
 
Responsibilities:
• Completes assigned preventive maintenance and reactive maintenance repairs requiring conveyor, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, instrumentation, HVAC and other equipment, systems or structures.

Performs daily, weekly and monthly rounds and inspections

Responds to spills and other emergency situations, performing tasks necessary for the well-being and protection of the environment, property and occupants, in accordance with contractual obligations.

Participates in training directed at increasing job-related skills and assists in training of other employees as directed.

Ensures repairs and maintenance to all equipment and facilities
