**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide direct patient care, perform assessments, and develop and implement nursing care plans.

**Responsibilities:**

- Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans

- Administer medications and treatments through IVs and Intramuscular Shots

- Monitor and report changes in patient symptoms or behavior

- Educate patients and their families on health management

- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure quality patient care

- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation

- Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality

**Qualifications:**

- Valid RN license in the state of practice

- Previous experience in case management or medical office setting preferred

- Strong knowledge of physiology and medical terminology

- Familiarity with electronic health records systems such as Cerner or Athenahealth

- Ability to perform patient assessments, including IV insertion

- Physical ability to lift and move patients when necessary
