Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Custodian to join our team. As a Custodian, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our facilities. This is an important role in ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for staff, visitors, and customers.

Duties:
- Perform routine custodial tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, including replenishing supplies
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly
- Maintain cleanliness of common areas, including break rooms and conference rooms
- Perform floor care duties such as buffing, waxing, and carpet cleaning
- Ensure proper storage of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Report any maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate personnel
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines

Experience:
- Previous experience in custodial or facilities maintenance preferred
- Knowledge of industrial or commercial cleaning techniques is a plus
- Ability to operate custodial equipment such as floor buffers and carpet cleaners
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.50 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
