· Associate degree

· Minimum of three (3) years of supervisory experience required.

· Delegating cleaning and maintenance tasks to team members

· Monitoring the safety and cleanliness of interior and exterior areas, such as offices, conference rooms, parking lots and outdoor recreation spaces and general grounds.

· Scheduling routine inspections and emergency repairs with outside vendors.

· Preparing reports on all facilities performance and metrics.

· Ensuring proper security measures for the workplace, including collaborating with security system vendors or a team of security professionals.

· Maintaining day- to- day operations of facilities, such as delegating or completing maintenance orders.

· Creating reports on maintenance, repairs safety and other occurrences for supervisors and relevant staff.

· Preparing the facilities for changing weather conditions, including timely contractor procurement.

· Collaborating with upper management on budgeting for facilities needs.

· Plan and coordinate all installations (telecommunications, heat, electricity, etc.) and refurbishments.

· Manage the upkeep of equipment and supplies to meet health and safety standards. .

· Inspect buildings’ structures to determine the need for repairs or renovations.

· Review utilities consumption and strive to minimize costs.

· Supervise all staff facilities, staff (custodians, technicians, groundskeepers etc.) and external contractors.

· Manage all agency fleet vehicles, including maintenance, repairs, or replacements.

· Maintain supplies and materials to optimal levels.

· Ensure staff has proper uniforms and equipment.

Maintain an up-to-date inventory of maintenance equipment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $58,500.00 per year
