Purpose and Scope:

The Sales Support Specialist plays a pivotal role in facilitating day-to-day communication with clients, ensuring seamless operations, and driving improvements in key performance indicators (KPIs). This position involves supporting pricing activities and processing large volumes of data to enhance pricing strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Quoting: Prepare accurate and timely quotes for clients based on provided guidelines and pricing structures.
• Tracking Billing: Monitor and track billing processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness, addressing any discrepancies as needed.
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining positive client relationships.
• Generating New Opportunities: Identify and capitalize on opportunities to generate new business within existing accounts, fostering account growth and revenue expansion.
• Pricing Analysis: Analyze pricing data and market trends to inform pricing strategies and support decision-making processes.
• Data Processing: Efficiently process and manipulate large datasets using advanced Excel skills, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
