Full-Time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Buena Park, CA ($30-32 hr)
Job Description : We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Full-Time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
As an RBT, you will work closely with children and adolescents, implementing behavior intervention plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).
This is an excellent opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of individuals with autism spectrum disorders and related developmental disabilities.
Location : Buena Park, CA
Responsibilities :
- Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA
- Collect and record data on student progress
- Collaborate with school staff and other professionals to ensure effective communication and coordination of services
Qualifications :
- Must hold a valid Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
- Previous experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorders preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility in adapting to various school environments
