Opportunity Description
Plans, schedules, coordinates and / or monitors the flow of products through the complete production cycle. Provides timely planning and scheduling of manufacturing work orders to the manufacturing floor in order to achieve both internal financial goals and customer delivery dates.

Job Duties
- Review open sales orders to determine customer requirements
- Coordinate delivery of parts to expedite flow of material to meet production schedule
- Expedite suppliers purchase orders if required
- Utilize ERP system to auto-generate manufacturing work orders
- Release manufacturing work orders to the warehouse for kit picking
- Coordinate between warehouse and purchasing on material shortages
- Notify Sales of any schedule impacts to customers
- Coordinate / expedite manufacturing builds to ensure schedules are achieved
- Completes status reports, such as production progress, customer information and materials inventor
Education
Associate or Bachelors's degree or relatable work experience in logistics, supply chain.
5-10 years experience
Experience & Skills Required
- Excellent management, analytical and organizational skills.
- Familarity with consumer good industry
- Understanding of logistics and inventory managmeent software.
- Reporting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Associate or Bachelors's degree or relatable work experience in logistics, supply chain.
- 5-10 years experience
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds at times.
- Warehouse / production environment
- Strong verbal communication and written skills
- Experience with (windows), Microsoft Office, and Outlook.
- Willingness to learn the technical aspect of the products
- Highly organized, self-starter able to set and follow priorities and manage multiple projects.
- Ability and desire to act both hands on over with small or non-matured environments if needed and with a more strategic way when possible.
- Travel-Less than 10% of the time
