We are looking for an experienced Swim Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching and a commitment to safety. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing swimming lessons to children and adults of all ages abilities, and backgrounds. The Swim Instructor should be knowledgeable in a variety of swimming strokes and techniques, as well as have the ability to communicate effectively with both children and adults. As a Swim'nFlow private swim instructor, you will play a crucial role in teaching water safety and building confidence in the water for our valued clients.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver Private Swim Lessons: Provide one-on-one private swimming lessons to individuals of various age groups, ensuring a safe and supportive learning environment.

• Customize Instruction: Tailor lesson plans and teaching methods to meet the unique needs and goals of each student, focusing on personalized instruction and skill development.

• Foster Water Confidence: Build trust and confidence in the water by utilizing effective teaching techniques and creating a positive learning atmosphere.

• Teach Water Safety: Incorporate essential water safety skills and techniques into lessons, emphasizing the importance of safe practices and promoting a secure aquatic experience.

• Track Progress: Monitor and assess students' progress, providing constructive feedback and guidance to help them achieve their swimming goals.

• Ensure Customer Satisfaction: Maintain excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests from students and their parents or guardians in a timely and professional manner.

• Maintain Professional Standards: Adhere to company policies, safety protocols, and teaching guidelines to ensure a consistent and high-quality learning experience for all clients.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract, Temporary

Pay: $30.00 - $50.00 per hour
