ResponsibilitiesOur world needs compassion like never before. Our communities need caring, and our families need protection. In this role, your patients will be critically ill or unstable following extensive injury, surgery, or life threatening diseases. Our nurses wear many hats daily from patient advocate to family advisor and, in some cases, even friend.
Cath Lab Nurse Expectations:
- Patience and focus to constantly monitor high acuity patients
- Proven ability to think and react quickly in critical situations
- Prepare instruments, equipment and supplies for procedures
- Medication administration
- Passion for excellence in delivering quality care
QualificationsRequired Skills:
- Associates Degree in Nursing or Diploma.
- One (1) or more years of nursing experience
- Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Texas
- Basic Life Support with skills demonstration from American Heart Association
- ACLS within 6 months
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred
- One (1) or more years of experience in Cath Lab or ICU setting preferred
Pay Range$28.50 - $43.46 /hour
