Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Day Porter to join our team. The Day Porter will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of Fort Andross, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for all occupants.

Responsibilities:
- Perform general cleaning and maintenance duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly
- Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies
- Follow all health and safety regulations

Skills:
The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:
- Experience in facilities maintenance, custodial work, industrial cleaning, or commercial cleaning
- Knowledge of buffing, floor care, and residential painting is a plus
- Ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently
- Good communication skills to interact with staff and visitors effectively
