We are looking for a seasoned Permanent Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic and innovative engineering team. The chosen candidate will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, high-tech environment where every day brings new challenges and the chance to work on cutting-edge technology. ResponsibilitiesAs a Permanent Maintenance Technician, you will be a crucial member of our engineering team, responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and improving the performance of our cutting-edge equipment and systems. Your key responsibilities will include
  • Performing routine and preventive maintenance on all equipment and systems, ensuring they are in optimal working condition.
  • Troubleshooting and repairing any equipment or system malfunctions, using your technical expertise to diagnose the problem and implement the best solution.
  • Collaborating with the engineering team on projects to improve equipment and system performance, efficiency, and safety.
  • Keeping detailed records of all maintenance work performed, including any parts or components replaced and any adjustments made.
  • Ensuring all work is performed in accordance with company safety protocols and standards, as well as any applicable regulations or guidelines.
  • Training other team members on proper maintenance procedures and practices, helping to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
QualificationsTo be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must meet the following qualifications
  • 5 years of experience as a maintenance technician in the engineering industry.
  • Demonstrated expertise in maintenance techniques and practices, with a strong understanding of the principles of engineering.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment and system malfunctions, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team and explain complex technical concepts in clear, understandable terms.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions under pressure.
  • A commitment to safety, with knowledge of relevant safety protocols and regulations.
  • A degree or certification in a relevant field of engineering is preferred.
