Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Lead Patient Coordinator to join our dental team. The ideal candidate will provide essential administrative support in a dental office setting, ensuring smooth patient flow and provide excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist patients in a professional and friendly manner
- Schedule patient appointments and follow-ups
- Maintain patient records and confidentiality
- Coordinate referrals to specialists and other healthcare providers
- Handle billing inquiries and process payments
- Manage incoming calls and correspondence
- Ensure compliance with the office procedures and policies

Qualifications:

- Minimum two years experience needed
- Proficiency in Dentrix
- Knowledge of dental terminology
- Familiarity with dental office operations is a required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

We are offering the right candidate a $500.00 signing bonus after 3 months and an additional $500.00 after 6 months of employment.
