Overview: We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Home Health Aides. As a Home Health Aide, you will provide essential care and support to clients in their homes, assisting them with daily activities and ensuring their well-being. Duties: - Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, and dressing - Administer medication according to prescribed instructions - Monitor vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate healthcare professionals - Provide companionship and emotional support to clients - Assist with meal preparation and feeding, ensuring dietary requirements are met - Help with light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry and tidying up - Assist clients with mobility and transfers, using proper lifting techniques when necessary Requirements: - Previous experience as a Home Health Aide or similar role is preferred - Knowledge of memory care and dementia care techniques is a plus - Familiarity with nursing home procedures and protocols is beneficial - Ability to administer tube feeding is desired - Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients - Compassionate and patient demeanor - Ability to follow instructions and work independently - Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds Note: All candidates must pass a background check and drug screening.
